1. Product Returns & Exchanges
- Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are in unused, unaltered, and original condition, free from any damage caused by the customer.
- All tags, labels, and proof of purchase must be intact and included with the returned item.
- Requests for return/exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is received, our quality team will inspect the item.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically within 15–18 business days.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, we strongly recommend customers to make an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
- The video must clearly capture the parcel being opened, the condition of the product, and any defects found.
- Only if an unboxing video is provided, a replacement or exchange will be processed.
- Defective or wrongly delivered items (if proven with video evidence) will be replaced at no additional cost.
4. Services (Consultations, Camps & Training Programs)
- Payments made towards services (online consultations, virtual OPD, residential camps, training, or therapy programs) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Cancellations are permitted only before the scheduled service/program begins, and may be subject to administrative charges.
- Payments are non-transferable between services or individuals.
5. Digital Products (E-Books, Online Material)
Since digital products are intangible and irrevocable, refunds are not applicable once the product has been successfully delivered (via email/download link).
- By purchasing digital products, the customer acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.
